Only the Good Die Young...

Today is 9/11.

I would just like to take a moment and pay some sort of tribute to all the people that died that day.

It is kinda crazy when you think about all of the lives that were lost and all of the weird circumstances that surrounded it...

Did you know that the only plane(s) to EVER in the history of modern aviation to crash and be completely disintegrated by jet fuel, leaving no engines is the hijacked planes from 9/11?

Did you know that the only modern skyscraper(s) to ever collapse from a plane crashed-jet fueled fire in the history of man is the Twin Towers on 9/11?

Do you know the type of steel, the grade of the steel, that the Twin Towers were built with could not be weaken, melted, or destroyed by the jet fuel from the planes?

Did you know that there the owner of the twin towers took out a 3.2 billion dollar insurance policy in July 2001 to protect against a terrorist attack with details of a plane or planes hitting them?

Did you know that there was over 100 billion dollars in gold stored underneath one of the twin towers?

Do you know that the only plane that was allowed in US airspace after the "attack" was a plane carrying Bin'Laden's family?

Look...I love America and all that junk, but don't think for one second that there wasn't people that didn't know this was going to happen. The questions that I asked above are all FACTS. If you don't believe me, please, I encourage you to do your own research.

There is also a video out on youtube called "Loose Change". If you watch it, please do not take everything that the documentary says as fact. Do your own research to confirm.

I know it blew my mind and it just makes me really sad.

So here is to you, your family, your friends, and your love ones that were effected by the events on 9/11/2001.

Much love

Mark

Looking back it appears there were so many warnings. On top of that it wasn't the first time that terrorists had tried to take the towers out. But at the time, it just didn't seem possible.

I didn't know anyone personally that died. I don't even know anyone that knows someone that died. But as an American, and a human being, it's a tragedy I'll never forget. It's our generation's Pearl Harbor.

God bless those that died and those that lost loved ones.

I live rather close to NYC, in a commuter town. Quite a few people who died in 9/11 lived in my town. Thank goodness I didn't know any of them personally. I will never forget the phone call I received from my cousin telling me about the burnt ash that was falling all over Brooklyn. Miles and miles from the actual crash site. It was devastating.

As for all the theory, I have to say that sure somebody probably knew. But hindsight is 20/20. And we have to remember the people who died on this day, not boil into a rage about could haves and should haves and useless finger pointing.

I'm not in any way trying to criticize your post today. But remember to celebrate every day and honor those who died needlessly.

I think it was Nietzche who said those that go looking for monsters should be wary to turn into one themeselves.

Saying that we start going on witch hunts, and start burning people at stakes over half truths, and coincident facts. That we don't become the monsters.

I suggest we make a very quick examination of the definitions of "witch hunt" and "investigation." It is usually dictated by the presence of "subjectivity" versus that of "objectivity." Political climate, mass media information and sensationalistic reporting = subjectivity. Science = objectivity. If you, or someone you know, can scientifically explain the phenomena of 9/11, then you have completed your own "investigation" and can come to a satisfactory conclusion and respect your own opinion. Please do so for yourself before using such terms as "witch hunt."
